It takes approximately 2 months to form a new habit. Since change does not happen overnight, this program allows you to access the support and have the accountability to start your journey.

The first 1 hour session will be a time to discuss all pressing concerns and establish a game-plan. After 2 weeks, we will finish with a 30 min phone call to determine your next steps. 

Considering your goals, best practice and your current lifestyle, you'll receive a document outlining the strategies and small manageable steps you can take to effect big changes. 

This process is certain to be an emotional one. Questions are sure to arise as we make this journey together. During the 2 weeks, you'll have a guaranteed response from me on to provide guidance and clarity. 

Once you've completed the program, you will be added to our private Facebook Community where you can connect with other parents who've made this journey too. Every week on Wednesday, I'll open a post for 24 hours where you can ask any question related to parenting, and I will respond. The goal is to empower you to continue despite challenges that may arise in the future.
